We then cycle through Barry docka to Barry island and across to the knap.
The route back will be along the shared pathway on port road to Wenvoe then through St Andrewd, Dinas and back to Penarth.
Join us for a ride to the knap for coffee
The route is quiet roads and cycle tracks
We will stop for coffee at the undercover cafe at the knap.
Please bring your helmet, a spare tube and some money if youd like to buy a drink at the cafe.
