Starting from - Meet outside Pedal Power in Bute Park, off Dogo Street, Cardiff, or cycle access from the Taff Trail. There is also a pay car park nearby at the end of Field Road.

This is a lovely flat ride from Pedal Power up the Taff trail to Forest Farm looping around to Radyr weir and back along the Taff Trail to Pedal Power.

We'll be riding on shared cycle paths, apart from a short stretch on a very quiet road at Forest Farm before the car free trail resumes. The route is tarmac, but can be bumpy with tree roots and leaf debris in places, and it's suitable for all bikes.

We will stop occasionally en route to have a breather, and we'll take a group photo (optional). Wearing a helmet is highly recommended.

Breeze is celebrating ten years of rides for women in Wales, so at the end of this ride we will gather at Pedal Power at 12pm for a picnic with participants and Breeze champions from other rides taking place on this day. Bring a sandwich if you’d like, tea/coffee and cakes will be provided for us!
