Starting from - Meet outside Pedal Power in Bute Park, off Dogo Street, Cardiff, or cycle access from the Taff Trail. There is also a pay car park nearby at the end of Field Road.

About the route

We'll be riding on shared cycle paths, apart from a short stretch on a very quiet road at Forest Farm before the car free trail resumes. The route is tarmac, but can be bumpy with tree roots and leaf debris in places, and it's suitable for all bikes.
We will stop occasionally en route to have a breather, we'll take a group photo (optional) and have a coffee stop back at Pedal Power at the end of the ride.
Wearing a helmet is highly recommended.
