Starting from - Please meet in Barrow Market place by the seats under the tree. Please be ready to leave for 9.30am, there is no bike checks so it is your responsibility to make sure your bike is roadworthy. Please carry the means to fix a puncture, a drink and snacks. DN19 7DA

We leave Barrow and do a little tour around New Holland, Goxhill, Thornton Curtis, Burnham and a little challenge through Deepdale before heading to our cafe stop at Pasture wood. After refreshments we will tackle Gravel Pit before heading back into Barton and back to Barrow via Caistor road. You will need to spend £5 to use a card.

A steady ride with hills

Mostly quiet roads but a small stretch on a busy A road.

We will stop for refreshments at Pasture Wood Cafe and if the weather permits the garden is lovely. You will need to spend £5 to use a card.

Helmets are advised. Please wear sensible clothing and carry a means to fix a puncture, working lights, drink and snacks.
