Here we turn northwards, through Mile End Park and Victoria Park, to reach the Olympic Park, where we will have our café stop at Riverside East https://www.riverside-east.co.uk/ .

Riding on, we follow the Lea Valley through Hackney Marshes, until we reach Lea Bridge Road. Then we turn back, riding across Hackney Downs and onto quieter back roads to Highbury Corner, then down to Farringdon for train services home.
