Old Stables (Ladies Only)

Starting from Rivington at the Go Ape car park next to Great Hall Barn, Rivington. Free car parking and toilets available. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the starting time to allow for a bike check and ride briefing. Average speed of ride 6-8 mph. Elevation 750ft Ride Leaders Helen Shan and Lisa Gardner.
Using country lanes and canal tow paths we leave Rivington and head for Chorley to our café stop at the Old Stables. Although there are a couple of inclines on the way back you can cycle these at your own pace so don't let this put you off.
Please ensure you have a helmet and a road worthy bicycle. You need to have an inner tube for your bike and a bike lock as the bikes are not in view at the cafe stop.
Photos will be taken though out the ride (if we remember), if you do not want to be photographed please let us know on the day.
