This Father and son cycle group ride is open for anyone to join

A lovely mixture of roads old pit sites, TPT routes Doncaster greenways . Country lanes and picturesque canel paths new cycling infrastructure lanes. Woodland trails and dirt paths .

Setting off from ten pin heading past lakeside, looping towards villages of edlington warmsworth balby . On a beautiful trail dearne valley railway over to conisbrough viaduct looping past lower Don through sprotbrough flash, following the Tpt via the hills of Bentley pit top . Looping round to cafe stop at the old school house in arksey. Return back on country lanes looping over to Barnby Dunn , following canal paths back to Kirk sandall passing through an industrial part of doncaser at the side of the canal. Crossing through Wheatley hills passing around sandal park along leger way into sandal beat woods and our on to rose hill rise in cantley looping back around Doncaster dome and the cycle track back to the start point at ten pin

Old railway tracks cycle infrastructure dirt tracks some roads not too busy country lanes

Crossing over conisbrough viaduct opportunity to stop for photos etc , Bentley pit top nature reserve, old school house at arksey for our cafe stop . Opportunity to stop on car park in Kirk sandal short drinks break etc

Helmets are advisable for this ride , spares and tools to repair any punctures . Cash and card for cafe stop or bring your own food.
