Following bus and cycle lanes through the city to Penarth.
Returning over the barrage and along the coast road to Newport.

The route will follow quieter back roads.

Refreshment stop at Penarth Pier for chips or ice cream or both !

A good pump, a spare inner tube and a small amount of cash for coffee stops are always a good idea. Plus a helmet for your safety.
