Circular route taking in Blaenavon and Clydach Gorge.

Mainly off road on cycle paths and canal towpaths. This is a more shaded route.

There will be at least 1 café stop at Goytre Warf. We might also stop at Route 46 which is a self service café with an honesty box, which had drinks and ice cream last time I visited.

A good pump, a spare inner tube, basic tools and a small amount of cash for coffee stops are always a good idea. Plus a helmet for your safety. It's going to be a warm day so plenty of fluids too !
