Local route from Northgate to Martlesham, Waldringfield, Newbourne and Kirton before a stop at the Harbourside cafe at Levington Marina (bring card / cash for refreshments).

Return via Nacton and Kesgrave.

Expect steady pace 13/14 mph but we never leave anyone behind.

Roads are generally rural and quiet.

Helmet strongly recommended! Bring a spare inner tube, tyre levers, and a pump (or alternative) for addressing a puncture should you be unlucky. Carrying a multi tool is also useful for running maintenance. Assistance given whenever possible.

Riders should carry a water bottle for hydration during the ride, and interim refueling snacks at their discretion.
