A route north from Northgate via Grundisburgh, Earl Soham, and Debenham, for a cafe stop at the Hog & Hen Farm shop at Mill Green (bring card / cash for refreshments).

Return leg via Coddenham and Barham.

Roads are rural and quiet with light traffic expected.

Expected pace 13/14 mph but we never leave anyone behind.

Helmets strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube,tyre levers, and pump (or alternative) for punctures should they arise. A multi-tool is also useful for runing maintenance. Assistance given whenever possible.

Riders should carry a water bottle, and interim refueling snacks at their discretion.
