The Pods Leisure Centre, Ashby Road, Scunthorpe. DN16 1AB. Sometimes the car park is busy - alternative car park on Kingsway 600yards west of Queensway roundabout then a short cycle through the park to The Pods.

A gentle ride starting at the Pods and heading out on the NCN 169 cycle path to Normanby Hall (free admission out of season) for a coffee stop then returning via Burton and Flixborough, re-entering Scunthorpe on the cycle path once again. All on tarmac.
