This is a fairly flat ride from Market Rasen mainly down quiet lanes to Welton, where there is a coffee and cake stop at the Secret Garden Cafe. We then return to the start passing through the medieval village of Buslingthorpe. This is a steady ride and we will average around 12mph, although no one will be left behind. Please remember to bring a spare inner tube and working pump and cash for the cafe.
