Blazing Blue - Searching out the Dunn Deal

Starting at - This is an undulating route mainly on quiet roads (although there are a couple of short stretches on the A46) suitable for those looking for a bit more of a challenge. We will go hunting for The Dunn Deal (and a cuppa) via Claxby and Moortown at 9 – 11 mph with no one left behind. After refreshing ourselves we will venture up to Caistor before returning to Market Rasen via North & South Kelsey, Osgodby & Middle Rasen. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to allow for a bike check & remember to bring money for refreshments, a drink, a spare innertube, tyre levers and pump. Your bike needs to be in a roadworthy condition and helmets are strongly recommended. Starting at - The starting point is at the De Aston School staff car park on Willingham Road, next to the rugby club. LN8 3RE This is a 12.5 miles route on quiet roads suitable for beginners and those who may want to go a little bit further and build stamina. We wend our way through Middle Rasen, Lissington and Legsby at 7 - 9 mph with no one left behind. The chance to chat to your fellow riders means that the miles whizz by without you noticing. At the end we will find somewhere to have a drink & cake!Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to allow for a bike check & remember to bring money for refreshments, a drink, a spare innertube, tyre levers and pump. Starting at - This is a 24 mile, undulating, route with 660 feet of inclines on mainly quiet roads, ideal for building confidence on your bike. From Market Rasen we go out through Linwood, Lissington & Legsby towards Sixhills before making a well timed turn so that we head to Tealby where there is a refreshment stop at The Vintage Tearooms just over 1/2 way round the route. From Tealby we ride home via Walesby & Middle Rasen; this involves a short stretch of farm track which is fine for road bikes. The pace will be 9 - 11 mph but no one will be left behind. It is suitable for those looking to increase their distance & those who fancy an amble round the local lanes. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to allow for a bike check & remember to bring money for refreshments, a drink, a spare inner tube, tyre levers and pump. It is suitable for beginners & those who fancy an amble round the local lanes. Starting at - This is a scenic route into the Wolds through Sixhills & Ludford to Binbrook returning via Stainton le Vale & Walesby. There are several climbs (but what goes up must come down!!) which are necessary in order to enjoy the views. We will stop at a cafe in Ludford so please remember some cash so that you can enjoy the cakes. The final descent down Walesby hill is fairly long & steep, please ensure that your brakes are in good working order!The pace will be 11 - 13 mph but, as always with Breeze rides, no one will be left behind.Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to allow for a bike check & remember to bring money for refreshments, a drink, a spare inner tube, tyre levers and pump.
