As always we will be taking the quieter back roads and cycle routes wherever and whenever possible.
There will be a café stop for refreshments. Basil & Rusty's in Machen.
A good pump, a spare inner tube, basic tools and a small amount of cash for coffee stops are always a good idea. Plus a helmet for your safety.
