Newham Healthy Ride to Myddelton House Gardens

We meet for this ride at the View Tube and start by cycling up the Lee Valley to Enfield Lock. We then follow a cycle path which takes us to Myddelton House Gardens, where we will stop for a short visit. We then cycle on to Forty Hall, where we stop for a refreshment break. We then follow some scenic cycle paths which take us to Trent Park, where we will stop for lunch. We then cycle back to Enfield, where we can take a look at the New River, as it passes through the town. The ride finishes at Enfield Town station, which has a good rail service to Liverpool Street Station.
