BL6 7SB

From the starting point which is the car park for the Great House Barn Tea Rooms we head towards Healey Nap for a little loop around the single track then head back towards the Barn via Lead Mines Clough.
From there, we head up to the Pike for the fantastic views. (Can’t go to Rivington without doing the Pike can we). From the Pike we head down to Wilders Wood then towards Jessop’s bridge but tuning short by the school heading back to the Dove Tower.
From the Dove Tower we head for Liverpool Castle passing Rivington Hall. From Liverpool Castle, we meander along the shoreline of Lower Rivington Reservoir to the finish.

This is a ride with lots of different terrain to gain experience

A split between quiet lanes and trails

We will stop when required with the longer break being at the Pike

Don't forget helmets, spare innertube for your bike. Bring food and drink too.

We especially welcome newbies!
