This Guided Ride is a beginners mountain bike ride, brought to you by a qualified Fundamentals of Mountain Bike Leader.  To deliver rides as per the remit of the Fundamentals of MTB Award, we also hold a valid 2 day outdoor first aid certificate and Safeguarding Course.

There is quite a lot of tarmac on this route and lots of climbing but worth it for the views if we get the weather.
I would not view this as a technical ride except maybe the first decent after which there are some rough trails.

This is a MTB ride but there are some road sections

We will be on the Cat & Fiddle for a while up to the Cat & Fiddle pub

We will stop half way for a proper break and have regular stops to regroup if split up

You must wear a helmet. Bring a puncture repair kit, spare innertube to suit your bike and a pump
