MTB Hockley to Vulcan

From the visitor centre we pick up the Middlewood Way, coming off heading towards Both Green. We then head towards Hope Green, stopping at Woodford Aerodrome for the main stop.
From Woodford we head back via Adlington picking up the Macclesfield Canal, coming off to head towards West Parkgate. Touching in to Lyme Park before going to Parkgate to pick up the Macclesfield Canal again to bring us back to the start.

This is a mixture of easy trails and roads taking us to have a look at a Vulcan bomber

A mixture of trails, towpaths, lanes and short sections of major roads

Stops will be done when required to regroup and a main stop for eats

Helmets must be worn. An innertube to suit the bike you’re riding. Would suggest bringing something to eat and drink too although there is a café at the main stop. There will be a fee of £9 to get into the Avro Heritage Museum where the café is!
