Starting from the Gandhi Court car park heading towards otterspool Way then on to to bricket Wood frogmore passing through frogmore gravel pits then heading on to napsbury Park then on to London colney stopping for refreshments at the Green dragon pub which also serves coffee etc been on the way back passing Springfield farm then heading back to Watford to the finish
