Typically there are around 15 people coming along on each ride; most people don’t bother registering for the ride as it’s not compulsory. Therefore new attendees shouldn’t feel put off attending if it seems only 1 or 2 people are signed up.

An early evening circular ride offering a calm, reflective, and mindfulness environment

Using quiet lanes and avoiding main roads.

There will be a refreshment stop on each ride, the location will vary as each ride will follow a different route

Note that mileage will vary but usually around 15 round trip.
