This route covers mostly familiar ground, from Queen's Park through Heaton Cemetery. We will then pick up the road for a short section, before returning to the Middlebrook Trail to Middlebrook Retail Park for a refreshment stop. The return journey with be via Heaton Golf Course.

This is a Progressive Ride - ideal for those who have just completed the Restart Course or those looking for a more relaxed pace and shorter distance

Mainly traffic-free paths with some road sections. There will be a short section on a main road involving traffic lights.

Please bring money for drinks and snacks at the cafe stop as this is not a funded ride. Helmets must be worn

This is a great way to build up from the Restart rides.
