Cult Cafe Bar James Hehir Building, University Avenue, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 0FS
leaving the cult cafe in Ipswich the route cuts up through Holywells park and makes its way over to Bucklesham road then on to Kesgrave community centre, from here we trace the enjoyable Maybush meander route out to Martlesham, Waldringfield, Newbourne, Kirton and Brightwell before heading back through Martlesham heath along the areas cycle paths returning to kesgrave before heading for rushmere, Westerfield finally finishing along norwich road and yarmouth road to the marina
