About the route
A steady ride on mostly quite roads with some steady climbs. Average around 12mph maybe. (Asa not feeling that fit!) Road and hybrid bikes suitable. Good views from Cold Ashby with a fast "down" to Elkington. Longish Climb up to Guilsborough. Several opportunities for pub/refreshment stops. can be extended or shortened. Lights may be needed.
