Starting at Kenton Sainsbury's, the route will go via the Harrow Road, Scrubs Lane and Holland Park. From there, we head through the Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, the Mall, the Embankment, Fleet Street and quieter City roads. Crossing London Bridge, we follow the Thames Path South to Greenwich Park. We cross under the Thames using the foot tunnel and onto Canary Wharf. Then, using the Regent's Canal and canal-side parks, we head up to Victoria Park, before turning for home via London Fields and Regent's Park using quiet roads and cycleways through Islington. The final part of the route uses mainly side roads with some busier roads near Wembley.
Some walking is involved, notably in Holland Park and the Thames Foot Tunnel.

A ride to the main London Parks starting with Holland Park, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Green Park, Greenwich Park, Victoria Park, The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Regents Park

Suburban roads with some main throughfares to and from London. Cycleways, quiet roads, Canal sides and cycle routes within London. The will be some walking or dismounting. / No cycling in Holland Park, some passageways, the Greenwich foot tiunnel.

Refreshment and lunch stops are planned. Plenty of opportunity for photo taking.

Please wear a helmet. Bring spare inner tubes, a puncture repair kit and water for ride (there will be top up places). A form af payment for emergencies, food and drink at stops. Bring your own food if preferred
