Llanilar - Trawsgoed - Llanafan - Pontrhydygroes - Coed Maenarthur - Llanafan - Llanilar. May change it slightly, but keeping off the road as much as possible. No technical mountain-bikey terrain.

19 miles and 1000ft elevation gain, touring pace. Bring snacks and water, but we will sit by the pond in Llanilar when we get back so bring some extra food/flask if you want to stay :-)
