Cycling can boost your confidence, improve your fitness, health and well-being and you make great friends. Don't worry about how fast you're going, how far you're going, or what you're wearing. My aim is to inspire others to get active and enjoy the fantastic fresh air and countryside here in Ceredigion on our quiet roads, forestry tracks, bridleways and the Ystwyth and Rheidol Trails.
