Let’s Ride to the Running Fox Longhoughton for lunch

We will start the ride at the Old Storehouse and make our way through Amble and up along the Coquet Estuary , Here we can have a photos stop at the ‘Tern wings’ art installation. We’ll ride up through Warkworth and onto the cycle path to Alnmouth . Look out for seals along then estuary.
Once we reach Alnmouth we can head past Boulmer onto Longhoughton and stop at the Running Fox for coffee.
Then back to Amble

The route we will be cycling over today are quiet roads and cycle paths. With a few good hills especially out of Alnmouth, Warkworth and Amble. Therefore, this rides is suitable for Road Bikes , Hybrids , Gravel , Mountain bikes. E-bikes riders are very welcome to join us.

• You should pay particular attention to your bike being in good working order before attending a ride so as to minimise risks and disruption to rides.

• Be organised and bring your own items e.g.
- Spare inner tube
- Tyre levers and pump
- Multi tool
- Lock
- Bike lights
- Gloves
- Drink
- Snacks
- Suitable clothing,
- Helmets are recommended, but not mandatory.
