Let's Ride to the Dragonfly Cafe for coffee on the lake

A 2 hour ride to the beautiful Cotswold Water Park and the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust lakeside cafe.

We will meet outside the Everlast Gym at the Rear of the North Swindon Orbital centre.
Safely crossing the car park we will turn right onto the cycle path, then right to the footbridge over Thamesdown Drive and follow the path north to Tadpole Lane.
Joining the road we will cross over the Steam Railway bridge then turn right onto Hayes Knoll at the "lego bricks"
After a short climb up Chelworth Hill we then turn left onto the Malmesbury road to Leigh where we turn right at Swan Lane, following quiet roads to Minety Lower Moor. We then follow the Lane all the way to Spine Road West where we turn left towards Oaksey stopping for refreshments at the Dragonfly Cafe.
Suitably refreshed we will return via the Spine Road West, through Ashton Keynes, past Waterhay, down Chelworth Hill, back along Hayes Knoll and retrace our steps over the bridge to the Orbital centre.

We will ride at the speed of the slowest rider and nobody ever gets left behind.
As this route is one of our longer rides and mostly on roads it is not suitable for under 16's.
Please remember to bring a bottle with your favourite cold drink, a spare inner tube and money for a coffee at the Dragonfly if you wish
