This is a gentle amble from Harpenden out to Ayot St Lawrence returning via Kimpton and an excellent coffee and cake or lunch at the lovely Homestead cafe. For most of the ride we will be on lanes some of which occasionally have faster traffic. Please wear your helmet, bring water, money/cards, an inner tube. tyre levers and pump - its always advisable to have a plan B just in case of a puncture. We will try to help but they aren't always fixable en route. This is a good ride for anyone new to Breeze who is happy with the 15 mile distance and for ladies who regularly ride with us and enjoy a relaxed pace. As always, it is absolutely fine to walk on any hills and we will always wait and regroup at the top.
