This is a varied route mainly off road but does incorporate some roads to join up the off road paths/cycle lanes along the Leigh Busway, Roe Green Loopline,. East Lancs Cycle path, Swinton Greenway and the Bridgewater Canal.

You will need appropriate clothing for the weather. Ideally you should bring cash or card if you intend to purchase refreshments, a spare inner tube, pump, basic tools and a puncture repair kit Helmets must be worn.

We will stop for refreshments at The Barton Arms Worsley
