Out via Sproughton rd, follow Picture postcard route. At whatfield rd take Ivytree lane to A1141 then tale B1115 and follow to Bildeston. On return take B1078 to Needham and the take Bildeston rd sign posted to Ipswich and follow to Somersham, Bramford & Sproughton to Ipswich. 11-13 mph average. This ride is classed as challenging due to elevation gain. Approx 1 hour stop at Lifecycle. Hope to return by 13:00 at latest.
