From Lakeside we will follow shared paths to the race course then residential roads through Rose Hill and Cantley to Cantley Park where we will use a bridle path through Sandal Beat Wood to Armthorpe then long residential roads to Nutwell Lane then shared path along Nutwell Lane to Gatewood lane to Branton. Returning through Bessacarr along the red path.

We will use shared paths, quiet residential roads and bridle ways through woods.

We will stop for refreshments at the Secret Garden Cafe at Branton Nurseries.

Helmets are advisable and please bring a spare inner tube and any tools you may need to change it in case of a puncture Also cash or card for refreshments.
