Ladies rally to the valley - Ladies only

THIS IS A LADIES ONLY RIDE SOCIAL. Off we ride to the beautiful scenery surrounding Cuerden Valley Park on the outskirts of Bamber Bridge.

Initially we take the country lanes through Rivington and join the canal in Chorley where we follow the path up through Heapey until we leave the canal behind and continue along meandering country lanes. There are some woodland trails to venture on and a couple of major roads to cross. We will dismount for these.

We will be stopping for a bite to eat and a drink halfway at Cuerden View cafe.

Helmets are recommended and cyclists must bring a spare inner tube, bike lock and pump. If the weather is favourable, suncream is advised along with plenty of water and a snack for the ride.
