Knott End to Glasson: Lets Ride Through Winter

Knott End to Glasson Dock & Wallings Ice Cream Farm
Starting in Knott End the ride will commence toward Pilling and then to the Cockerham Marshes and Cockerham, Upper Thurnman and into Glasson. Our café stop will be at the newly refurbished café. Travelling on we will head towards our second stop at Wallings Ice Cream farm. Suitably stuffed we will then travel towards Garstang and Pier 64 before turning towards Nateby. On through Skitham, Hale Nook, Stalmine, Preesall and back to Knott End.
We'll ride at a steady pace of 10 - 12 mph on this ride and we'll keep our pace at a level so that we can all stay together.
Remember, this is not a race, but a leisurely ride at a pace to suit the slowest in the group!
Please check your bike over the night before the ride, tyres inflated, all bolts tight, lubricated. Clothing, helmet & lights checked and ready. Please ensure you have a pump and a couple of spare tubes in case of punctures and a good secure lock.

A brand new ride for the FC's West Lancs Weekday Riders. A ride from the quiet village of Knott End to an equally quiet Glasson Dock with some seaside views topped off with a stop at the excellent Wallings ice cream farm

We will ride around some quiet country lanes with some scenic views.
