Leaving St Neots we head west to Honeydon and Colmworth. Then Bolnhurst, Keyssoe Row, Keysoe and our cafe stop. We return via Keysoe Row, Little Staughton, Bushmead, Staploe and Duloe.

Here is a lovely quiet ride through country lanes in the rolling Bedfordshire farmlands. We also visit a really nice cafe at the Keysoe International equestrian venue.

Mainly quite country lanes with some minor B roads too - 21 miles

Are break will be at the Keysoe International cafe for coffee and food.

Please wear your helmet and appropriate cycling clothing. Be prepared for cold and rain. Carry water and puncture repair items to suit your bike.
