A route north east from Kesgrave through Woodbridge, Butley, and Tunstall before a cafe stop at Harvey & Co, at Rendlesham (Bentwaters); (Bring card /cash for refreshments).

Returning via Campsea Ashe, Pettistree, and Bredfield.

Roads rural and generally quiet, with light traffic expected.

Expected pace a steady 13/14 mph average but we never leave anyone behind.

Helmets strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube, tyre levers, and pump (or alternative) for a puncture if you're unlucky. Multi tool always useful for running maintenance. Help given whenever possible.

Riders should carry a water bottle for hydration during the ride and interim refueling snacks at their discretion.
