Starting point

Suffolk
IP5 1JF

A route east from Kesgrave Community Centre through Woodbridge, Ufford and Tunstall before a stop at the Riverside Tearoom at Orford quay (bring card / cash for refreshments).

Return leg via Rendlesham Forest, Brightwell and Bucklesham.

A steady pace of 14 mph can be expected but we never leave anyone behind.

Roads are generally rural and quiet with light traffic expected.

Helmets strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube, tyre levers, and pump (or alternative) for punctures should you be unlucky. A multi-tool is always useful for running maintenance. Assistance is given whenever possible.

Riders are advised to carry a water bottle for hydration during the ride, and interim refueling snacks as preferred.
