A relatively flat route to the east of Ipswich, on a mix of cycle paths, quiet back roads, some more busy roads. Around 26 miles. We'll go the opposite way round to usual, because we can.

We’ll have a sociable ride at a reasonable pace for the slowest rider. Expect around 13/14 mph. Road bike recommended, unless you are really fit.

Helmets strongly recommended, but hey, it’s your head! Bring a spare inner tube, pump and enough tools to repair a puncture if needs be. Help will be available if you aren’t confident doing this yourself. Don’t forget your water bottle.
