A route north from Kesgrave Community Centre through Otley, Monowden, and Easton, before a stop at Cafe 46 in Wickham Market (Bring card / cash for refreshments).

Return via Ufford, Woodbridge, and Newbourne (weather permitting!).

Roads are generally rural and quiet with light traffic expected.

Expect average pace 13/14 mph, but we never leave anyone behind.

Helmet strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube, tyre levers, and a pump (or alternative) for a puncture should you be unlucky. A multi-tool is also useful for running maintenance. Help given wherever possible.

Riders should carry a water bottle for hydration whilst riding, and interin refueling snacks at their discretion.
