A route north from Kesgrave through Henley and Stonham Aspal before a cafe stop at either The Hog & Hen cafe, Mill Green, or The River Green cafe at Debenham; (Bring card /cash for refreshments).

Returning via Earl Soham and Grundisburgh.

Roads rural and generally quiet, with light traffic expected.

Expected pace a steady 14/15 mph average but we never leave anyone behind.

Helmets strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube, tyre levers, and pump (or alternative) for a puncture if you're unlucky. Multi tool always useful for running maintenance. Help given whenever possible.

Riders should carry a water bottle for hydration during the ride and interim refueling snacks at their discretion.
