Organized by groups in the community, these rides are a great way to meet new people, explore your local area and to have fun riding your bike. You can find rides that are suitable for your level of experience and interests whilst enjoying being part of a social cycling community.

This is intended as an introduction to FLAB social rides. It's a 20 mile circular route starting and finishing at Sawley Marina. We will use quiet country lanes and tarmac cycle paths.
We will leave the marina and cycle along Warren Lane into Lockington, around the new cycle path up past the Amazon warehouse and down into Kegworth. from here we go out to East Leake, West Leake and back into Kegworth via Kingston on Soar before returning along Long Lane back to Sawley. There will be a chance to have a chat and some refreshments at Cafe Blue in Sawley Marina after the ride too.
Everybody and all bike types are welcome on this ride. We won't leave anyone behind, so don't be afraid of holding the group up. We will ride at a pace suitable for all.
