Starting from - Starting from Charnley Arms Pub (Hungry Horse). WN60SS Turn into Arbour Lane then into the car park. Please park at the bottom of the car park furthest away from the pub. There are no toilets at the start.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the starting time for a quick bike check and ride briefing.

A delightful ride to Carr Mill dam reservoir which is close to to the East Lancs. a tranquil stretch of water and an amazing structure for the railway.

Main roads and side roads. There are some hills to be taken at your own pace, good views and good downhills to enjoy.

We Plan to stop at Starbucks on the East Lancs

Although helmets are only recommended by law and not deemed to be essential, anyone not wearing a helmet will not be able to join the ride. Please be self-sufficient and arm yourself with spare inner tubes, bike levers and pump. Don’t forget your pennies for the café stop. Please ensure you bring along a drink for the ride. Also check you brakes and gears on your bike at least the night before.
