Starting from - Harrow and Wealdstone Station - car park (platform 1 exit). I will next to the bike racks in a red top.

Things to bring with you: -
- your own bike that you are familiar with
- gears that can change and brakes that can stop
- spare inner tube and bike pump
- cash, snack, contactless, phone
- BOTTLE OF WATER
- check the weather and wear appropriate clothing or wear sunscreen
- medication e.g inhalers/epipens

If you don't like to eat breakfast, please ensure you have eaten something before the ride - banana, cereal bar...

Please check your bike over the day before; pump your tyres up, they should feel like a firm orange, HA1 1XE

Reasonably flat, a mix of side roads, parks, trail sections. There will some busier sections in and around Pinner as we navigate through.

YOU MUST FEEL COMFORTABLE RIDING IN TRAFFIC.

We will pause at Eastcote House for coffee and you can look around the walled gardens before heading back on part of the Celandine Way to Harrow and Wealdstone where the ride ends.

If you sign up and wake up on the morning of the ride and don't feel like it. No worries, just cancel your place.

The scenic route to Eastcote House Gardens and Cafe.

Mainly back roads and side roads, with short stretches on busier roads. There is some trails as we follow the Celandine Route for part of the way

Hopefully, we will be stopping at Eastcote House Cafe for their amazing cakes

Please bring the following: - - YOUR OWN BIKE - please check your bike the day before - tyres should feel firm like a granny smith apple, brakes should be able to brake, and gears should be able to change - Cash/contactless - a spare inner tube that fits your wheel and bike pump - please have something to eat before you ride - a small snack - Helmet - Water bottle - clothing appropriate for the weather
