Lets visit 9 Harrow Parks

Please meet at the cafe in Headstone Manor Park and arrive just before 8.30 a.m. for introductions and bike check. There are two car parks on either side of the park for free parking if arriving by car. This ride is suitable for those who are used to riding on roads in groups as there are some busy sections to navigate. We are going anti clockwise to George V Avenue, Hatch End, past the tennis courts at Moss Close to Moss Lane towards North Harrow and yeading brook to arrive at our first park - Pinner Memorial Park. After doing a loop around this park we will go through Croft and Roxbourne Park towards Alexandra Park in South Harrow. Our return journey will go through Newton Park West and Newton Farm Ecology Park, West Harrow Park, Harrow Recreation to return to our start point of Headstone Manor Park. Plenty of choice of coffee stop. We will decide on the day. Ignore the bit which says Wembley Stadium we are not going there.

Please remember your gloves and layer up. Lights are useful as it can be dull with no sunshine and wear hi viz and bright clothing.

Do not come if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or are in a home with anyone who has. Please ensure your bike is in tip-top working order as I cannot touch it. Pump up the tyres, check the brakes and ensure the wheels turn freely.

Please bring water, card/cash for the cafe.
