Starting point

This is a lovely green ride of open spaces and riverside trails.

From Ealing, we ride down to Chiswick Bridge to cross the river and then on through Mortlake to enter Richmond Park at the Sheen Gate. We ride around the Park to the Ham Gate and return to the river, crossing again at Teddington Lock. We follow the riverside path around to Hampton Court, then turn up into Bushy Park for refreshments at the Pheasantry Café and time to explore the Woodland Gardens.

Leaving Bushy Park, we skirt around Teddington and Strawberry Hill, to make our way onto the Crane River Path through Kneller Gardens and the Mereway Nature Reserve. After reaching Twickenham, we return to Ealing via Isleworth, Syon Park and Brentford.
