Hampton Court & Bushy Park

We start 2023 with an invigorating ride over Richmond and Bushy Parks, with a refreshment stop at the Pheasantry Café in Bushy Park.

From Ealing, we ride down to Kew Bridge, then stay north of the river until Chiswick Bridge, where we cross over to Mortlake. We use quiet back roads for a gentle ascent to the Sheen Gate into Richmond Park, then ride around the Park to leave by the Ham Gate and cross the river again at the Teddington Lock. We ride down to Hampton and join the riverside path around Hampton Court, then turn up into Bushy Park and head to the Pheasantry for a welcome refreshment break.

Our return route takes us around Bushy Park, then through quiet back roads in Teddington and Strawberry Hill into Twickenham. We return to the riverside and ride back to Ealing via Isleworth, Syon Park and Brentford.

Although Covid restrictions are no longer in force, please continue to be mindful. Please do not attend if you have any Covid 19 symptoms, have tested positive, or are currently advised to self-isolate.
