Hailey Park to Tongwynlais and back

This is a lovely ride from Hailey Park up the Taf trail to Tongwynlais.
We'll cycle along the car free Taf trail to Tongwynlais, where there is a very short stretch on quiet roads to the coffee stop at Tongwynlais.
There are also a couple of very short gentle gradients.
It is tarmac for most of the way, but can be bumpy with tree roots and leaf debris in places, it is suitable for all bikes.
Will we stop occasionally en route to have a breather, and we'll have a longer stop (about 30 min) in Tongwynlais. This coffee stop is under cover, but outside, so bring enough clothing to keep warm.
We will then ride out of Tongwynlais back down the same route to Hailey Park.
Please wear a helmet, also bring a spare inner tube if you have one, and a bike lock.
Don't worry, we never leave anyone behind :)
