Much of the route is traffic free Canal towpath then old railway lines and river bank until Shoreham where we use urban back streets. To Hove railway station
Making it up as we go along there's loads of choice.
Drinks and pocket snacks for on the bike, a puncture repair kit/spare tube. Money to buy me a beer
