The route connects various landscapes including the River Ribble,historic docklands and Brockholes Nature Reserve.
Its a testament to Preston that this cycle route which opened in 2012 has been well maintained and goes from strength to strength.
Mainly flat on mostly tarmac cycle paths with some short inclines.
We will stop for a coffee on route so please bring your own snacks and money for the café.
No helmet no ride. Please bring a spare innertube and pump and have a back up plan in case of mechanical breakdown.
